Description

Chico's Rebound is a block-breaking game with action, arcade, puzzle, and adventure elements. Players control Chico the chipmunk as he and his friend Beeatrice explore the mysterious Celestial Tower! Inside, you'll find level after level of block-breaking puzzle challenge.

The initial goal in designing Chico's Rebound was to craft a new adventure with fresh gameplay, while building on the art and designs from Chico and the Magic Orchards.

At the same time, we want Chico's Rebound to shine as Daikon's new title. It will feature more modern design, larger screen resolution, and less adherance to strictly "retro" aesthetics. It also has a greater emphasis on story and dialog than the original Chico game did, expanding the Chico universe and setting up the plot for future Chico games to come!

A demo for the June 2025 Steam Next Fest went live on June 4th, 2025. It remains playable until after the conclusion of Next Fest
